USE AGREEMENT FOR RV'S AND TRAILERS FOR LODGE #1073
In consideration for being allowed to park my unit in the appropriate area designated by the Lodge, and by my signature on the registration form, I hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the Lodge from any and all claims and expenses arising out of my parking or use of the facilities, except for the sole negligence of the Lodge.
I further agree that no claim for lost or stolen or damage to my property will be made against the Lodge under any circumstances and that any rights of subrogation for damage to my property are waived.
VISITING ELKS PARKING AUTHORIZATION RULES
1. The RV spaces are for use of Elk members in good standing ONLY.
2. PERMIT WILL BE DISPLAYED IN FRONT WINDOW AT ALL TIMES.
3. All pets must be kept on a leash. Droppings must be picked up and disposed of properly.
4. Guests Elk Members are requested to keep the RV space clean.
5. Use of RV space is LIMITED to a MAXIMUM of 14 NIGHTS.
6. Conduct unbecoming an Elk will be cause to revoke permit.
7. DO NOT park tow vehicles or any other vehicle alongside your RV. Use general parking area.
Redding Elks Lodge #1073 has created an emergency preparedness plan for the RV park.
A copy may be obtained in the Lodge Office.
